POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY | We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We are a small business with everything being made and decorated by hand. The Periapt makes every effort to have candles in-stock, but based on demand and pending orders, candles may be need to be made custom which can take 7-14 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY | We currently only ship within the United States. Please join our email list for more information when we decide to ship internationally. Orders are processed out of Austin, Texas. Shipments are generally sent through UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email confirmation when your package has been shipped with an included tracking number. Intention candles may take 7-10 days to ship. Bespoke candle orders may take up to 14-days to ship.

RETURN POLICY | At this time all bespoke candles are non-refundable. These are tailored for a specific person in mind. All allergies to specific fragrances must be noted upon payment. The Periapt is happy to exchange any unused merchandise within 7-days of an order being delivered. All exchanges must be pre-approved by the Periapt via email. All items must be shipped back with original packaging and materials. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives broken, please contact info@theperiapt.com.
