While we try to have most 9 oz candles in stock, due to demand, all of our physical manifestation offerings are ritually poured which may take up to 2 weeks before shipping to you.
Bespoke and 16 oz candles may take up to 3 weeks before shipping, as they are created when an order is placed.
We strive to get your manifestation candles to you as quickly as possible, and these time frames are the maximum length before being shipped out, but please consider this when ordering. We see this as an exercise in patience and divine timing.
During Holiday times we try to have more candles available to send out immediately and ask that you please place all orders by December 14th to ensure Christmas delivery.
We ship all over the United States. If you are currently living outsides of the US and still would like to order, please contact us at email@example.com and we can get you a customized shipping quote. Please join our email newsletter for more information on when we start shipping internationally.
All orders are processed + shipped out of Austin, Texas.
We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States on all orders $50+. Shipping rates are based on how heavy your order is and where you are located so shipping costs can vary.
For orders under $50 we charge $7.00 to ship and we cover the additional costs, with the exception for Canadian & International orders.
At this time, we are offering $20 shipping for all Canadian orders.
Although we offer a $40 International shipping rate at checkout, this may exceed the necessary costs, so all international orders should receive a custom shipping quote prior to purchasing. Email us for your shipping quote at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive an email once your order has received a tracking number. Depending on time of year this tracking number may take a few days to update. Once it has left our studio, you will be able to track your packages where-a-bouts with this number.
We use UPS for most all of our shipping, however on occasion we may ship through USPS.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on candles at this time, as each candle is ritually poured and created with mindful energetic intention. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any further questions on exchanges or returns.
If you are ordering a Trust the Universe candle, we ask that you specify any olfactory allergies you may have in the 'notes' section in your cart.
We put a lot of intention, not only into the creation of your candle, but also the packaging in which it's received. However, things can happen along your candles journey to you.
If your candle arrives broken, please remail us within 7-days of receiving your order with a photo at, firstname.lastname@example.org.
